Last updated: September 17, 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aspiremkt.com (the "Site") operated by Joel Shakespear / Aspire|MKT ("we," "us") in Dallas, Texas. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

The Site

The Site presents portfolio work, services, and educational content about brand, design, web development, and search visibility. It is informational and intended to help you evaluate whether to start a project conversation with us.

No professional relationship yet

Browsing the Site or submitting a contact form does not create a client relationship, agency agreement, or guarantee that we will take on your project. Project scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables are defined only in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Intellectual property

Site content—including text, visuals, logos shown as portfolio examples, and layout—is owned by Joel Shakespear / Aspire|MKT or used with permission. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing or sharing links to our pages.

Client work shown in the portfolio remains subject to client agreements and is displayed for demonstration purposes.

Third-party links & tools

The Site links to external properties (e.g., Scriptus, social profiles) and uses third-party services (Web3Forms, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.

Disclaimer

Site content is provided "as is" for general information. We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate but do not warrant that every statement is complete, current, or error-free. Case studies describe past work; results vary by client and context.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
