Corporate rebranding & identity

Most brand designers have never led a corporate rebrand at subsidiary scale. I have—including LifeSynch for Humana—and I bring that rigor to every identity project, from a startup's first mark to an enterprise refresh.

What counts as a rebrand

A rebrand is more than a new logo. It is a deliberate shift in what the organization stands for, how it looks, and how every touchpoint tells the same story. That can mean a new name, a merger identity, a parent/subsidiary relationship, or a refresh when the old brand no longer matches the business.

Subsidiary rebrands

They require two messages at once: association with the parent (trust, compliance, recognition) and a distinct promise (expertise, culture, offer). That shows up in logo structure, color systems, typography, templates, and how sales and member materials speak.
